Who are you? What do you stand for? How do your customers identify you and distinguish between you and your competition? Identity is all of this and more. Without an identity, yours is just another 'me too' business. Together we create your business identity and determine what sets you apart, all in conjunction with your vision.

STRATEGY
So, you have a vision and you have your identity - or at least you do on paper. What you need to make it a reality is a strategy. Nothing happens just because you've thought about it and want it. A strategy gives you the structure and focus to create your identity and achieve your vision. Your strategy is WHAT you are going to do.

PLAN

Your strategy gives you a method towards achieving your vision. It's what you are going to do.

A Plan is HOW you are going to do it - the detail, the process, the actions you need to take, the contingencies you need in place, the timescale.
Who is going to do what, and when? What are the measures of success? What outcomes are required to move forwards?
Your plan ensures your actions have direction, rather than making it up as you go along.

ACTION
​
Once you have a plan, you know where you are going AND how. But you still have to do it. A plan without action is just a list of things to do and that won't get you anywhere if you don't actually do them.
But you needn't action the plan on your own. We understand that this can be the most challenging part of the process - time is short and staff may be thin on the ground, if you even have any staff.
We can work alongside you to help you action the plan, drive it forwards and keep you moving forward towards your goals.

EVALUATE & EVOLVE
Your strategy gives you a method towards your vision, it's what you are going to do.

At any time in the journey, it's important to evaluate where you are. Driving along without checking your progress can lead to your business going off-course. Has your vision changed, does the strategy still take you towards your vision, is your plan still keeping you on course and have you retained, compromised or changed your identity?

If everything is on track, you can continue to follow your plan knowing everything is working well.

If not, it's time to evolve. This can be done at any stage, whether it's your vision, identity, the strategy, the plan or the action phase. Any of these can evolve to keep you on track to achieve your vision, or to take you towards a new one.
Failing to evaluate can lead you to taking a wrong turn and not realising before you are miles off route and running out of ways to get back.
Failing to evolve is knowing you have gone off track and failing to do anything about it.
